RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal for consumers for goods and services purchased from us at a distance
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB). You can find your rights of withdrawal in the withdrawal notices below. The withdrawal notice applicable in your case results from the respective type of order and delivery.
I. Right of Withdrawal for the Delivery of Goods or the Uniform Delivery of Goods from a Single Order
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for this refund, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If you previously received the goods as a parcel, you must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

III. Withdrawal of a Commissioned Service

Withdrawal Notice
If you have requested that the service be provided during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract in relation to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
The right of withdrawal does not exist in the following cases:
- Supply of goods that are not pre-made and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by you is essential, or which are clearly tailored to your personal requirements,
- Supply of goods that are capable of deteriorating quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded quickly,
- Supply of goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their sealing has been removed after delivery,
- Supply of goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature,
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the sealing has been removed after delivery,
- Contracts where the consumer has expressly requested the businessman to visit in order to perform urgent repair or maintenance work; this does not apply to further services provided during the visit that the consumer has not expressly requested, or to goods delivered during the visit that are not necessarily required as replacement parts for the maintenance or repair.
